I'm out of shape and wants to work and lose weight. Suggestions?
I want to start exercising and eating healthy foods, as carrot sticks and other things. However, there has been a while since I left and have to start very, very slowly, because I need air and energy right away and I'm out of breath, even if much like running a block. I also want to lose weight about 30 pounds. I do not know from day to day, but anyone have any suggestions? Another problem, except that I tire easily and need to start exercising slowly, I'm fine mouth. I do not like seafood or beef, so that if other meals and snacks all suggestions are welcome. I'm just trying to diet and exercise to begin slowly and easier to stick so if I can continue with it. If anyone has any suggestions of some exercises I do not have too much energy, and not much time, please respond.
