Does anyone have tips for weight loss and exercise for paralyzed from the waist down?
I'm paralyzed by my weight movement physical progress is limited. But I want to continue losing weight and exercising more. I know a good way to lose weight is running (or equipment) every day, but we had so much rain lately has been difficult to get out and do it. Ideas?

I'm paralyzed the chest down (T3). I eat a well balanced diet that I would not gain weight and try to excercise 3-4 times a week. Try check your local gym.
