Much water is not necessarily a good way, because the amount of water a person needs depends on BMI of the individual. 6 small meals can be difficult sometimes, especially when you're stuck at school or at work and have no chance of eat, and then you need to eat more when you get the chance. Well, food is a good way to lose weight, but then it is difficult to follow regime. For example, something like this: Breakfast: 2 eggs, omelet low fat cheddar cheese – 320 calories 2 slices of bread with butter smears – 200 calories large slice of melon – 47 calories Lunch: Turkey salad spicy recipe – 304 calories Snack: granola or nuts with honey Health Bar "Sainsbury" – 180 calories Dinner: 100 g of potatoes baked with "Heinz Beans oven and / or cottage cheese, if desired – 300 – 400 calories (350 average) Large portion fruit salad and / or vegetables – 100 calories Another tip is to make weight loss interval training and turbulence. Turbulence training is a new plan that requires the completion of three sessions of 45 minutes of exercise each week with marginal equipment.
