Does anyone know good food to lose weight while maintaining muscle mass?
I've been lifting weights for a while and am looking and take a little I have gained fat, while weight training. I intend to start a diet low carbohydrate and high Protien to keep the muscles I have. Do you know which foods work well (chicken, eggs, meat, etc.)? Do you know how Can I cook these foods or foods that can make low-carb? Thank you.
