This is not really a question repeatedly – most are like "what pill?" type … I am aware of the essential and have read tons of articles. I'm in a good year + More protein, less fat and moderate diet plan rich in carbohydrates for a month and a half now. My results were correct but not exceptional. My goal is to reduce fat and build muscle (which is :-) .. but still … ) Just curious, to say that pill, CNG act as a catalyst for faster results in both fat loss and muscle gain? I do not expect the magic pill to make findings or push you. However, its hard to believe that they waste fill in a multimillion dollar fraud dollar industry is still intact and thriving without foundation … In just to gain more motivation (see more changes: basically my muscle gain does not show until the fat is cut), I need something more … and I suppose there must be a pill to take an extra boost my exercise plan .. thank you

I'm on a muscle weight loss diet mantainence. Using whey protein and L-glutamine.How I improve my diet?

I am happy with my results. I consume between 1800-2300 calories. (Rich in protein, med carbs (low sugar) and low in fat) that complement with 50-70 grams of milk whey and 10-15 grams of L-glutamine. Also I drink coffee black just before exercise. I do 10-12 hours of cardio and free weights 3 hours per week. I did not take diet pills. I am happy with this plan, I think that reducing body fat and maintain (perhaps construction) muscles. However, I am always looking for improvement. Any suggestions??
