What foods make you feel full of energy, but still really healthy?

I am so tired of feeling exhausted time, go to university should not spend much time working hard. I like going to the gym and play basketball with people, so use a large amount of energy during the day. What usually happens is that I feel so tired all the time, but I have 10 hours of sleep most nights! So, anyone know any healthy foods that provide lots of energy? Thank you in advance.
