Ripped ABS or bulky?
I'm on the right track and I do sports too. My diet is terrible, and I have a layer of fat on my abs. But I feel like I eat a lot, and do not care about loss diet weight, it is easier to build muscle. Right now I'm a bit muscular, but I do not work the lower body, as often because of the track. So I am wondering A. Should I go after thicker, ABS, or a compromise? B. How important is the lower body? Are there any moms out there who have gained a little weight during pregnancy? How can you lose. I had my third 4 months ago and am having a devil of a time to lose that weight! What have you done? I think to leave the education system strong and fair watchign i eat everything. I had three children very close. our oldest is 4. weight dropped just behind her, but I continued lose weight for our son when I found out I was pregnant with my third. I was a size 4 before having children, then I am ready to be thin again. I'm losing my mind. Has anyone used the program for the company? Have you succeeded? any advice would be nice. thank you!
Are you breast feeding? I just weaned my 14 months old and apparently one of the people who maintain your weight during lactation. My company and I love it. The movements are a bit difficult in some places but not improvise and do my own thing to keep my heart rate. In fact, I can feel the muscles in my arms for the first time …… ever! I think you have good idea to watch what you eat and exercise! Why not bring the baby in a stroller or a service and a walk. My children love to walk around the neighborhood to check everything.
