I think the average weight loss week of a typical woman trying to lose weight without direction and success is 0.5 pounds a week at best.
Not bad. We can do better? Sure.
In my Women's Fitness coaching experience I have found the perfect balance of effort (watching what you eat and how much exercise) and the results is the average weight loss of 1.5-2 kg per week.
My best answer to how much weight you can lose in a week for a woman busy with work and other responsibilities is 2 pounds week fat loss sustainable.

An important reminder. Do not expect the scale to move around 2 pounds per week. You'll build muscle and lose fat at the same time, if the scale may not move at all or only a little.

baby weight loss?
Are there any moms out there who have gained a little weight during pregnancy? How can you lose. I had my third 4 months ago and am having a devil of a time to lose that weight! What have you done? I think to leave the education system strong and fair watchign i eat everything. I had three children very close. our oldest is 4. weight dropped just behind her, but I continued lose weight for our son when I found out I was pregnant with my third. I was a size 4 before having children, then I am ready to be thin again. I'm losing my mind. Has anyone used the program for the company? Have you succeeded? any advice would be nice. thank you!
Are you breast feeding? I just weaned my 14 months old and apparently one of the people who maintain your weight during lactation. My company and I love it. The movements are a bit difficult in some places but not improvise and do my own thing to keep my heart rate. In fact, I can feel the muscles in my arms for the first time …… ever! I think you have good idea to watch what you eat and exercise! Why not bring the baby in a stroller or a service and a walk. My children love to walk around the neighborhood to check everything. Keep your head high, you can!
