I'll give you some figures, but it all depends on how much weight you can lose in a week.

Second – I mean average weight loss of fat per week. In most cases this is not the same as what a lot to lose on balance.
It is easy to lose mass (muscle injury schemes in general) and get off the ladder to move, but you shot in the foot.
The short is when you lose fat you look good, lose muscle when you look smaller, but in bulk.
So how much weight you can lose in one week?
The basics of weight loss are diet and exercise. Their average weight loss per week will depend on:
1. How strict is ready to eat?
2. How hard are often willing to move your body?
You can have 4 pounds average weight loss in a week.
But if I show you diet program and exercise necessary, would probably say that "forget".

And even if you agree with the diet and exercise program, not viable for more than a few weeks.
The real question is how much weight you can lose in a week … after week after week.
The sad truth is that for most women is closer to zero pound per week.
I think the average weight loss week of a typical woman trying to lose weight without direction and success is 0.5 pounds a week at best.
Not bad. We can do better? Sure.
In my Women's Fitness coaching experience I have found the perfect balance of effort (watching what you eat and how much exercise) and the results is the average weight loss of 1.5-2 kg per week.
My best answer to how much weight you can lose in a week for a woman busy with work and other responsibilities is 2 pounds week fat loss sustainable.
What do you think? Too much? Too little?
An important reminder. Do not expect the scale to move around 2 pounds per week. You'll build muscle and lose fat at the same time, if the scale may not move at all or only a little.
