good substitutes for vitamin tablets medical program for weight loss? or selling food?

I just joined the program a week and a half and they keep telling me that I'll lose weight faster if I take vitamins and nutrients they sell. Well, money is rare and can not pay the asking price these things. I just wanted to know if there was another on the May fighting nutrients that must be cheaper or website showing some substitutes for "extras" sold in the office. I later learned that companies online people selling the same hardware (with a different name, of course) for about $ 10/box of. Try www.dietdirect.com or www.nashuanutrition.com. They even sent free if enough for that. Good luck, and just for the record that does not work if you take!
