How to lose belly "fat" after having your baby?
Hello everyone! After I had my son who could not lose belly fat, and now I am trying to diet and exercise to lose. Are there meal plans and exercises you've done to help you lose belly fat? No need to lose weight everywhere but my belly. Any advice is appreciated! Serious replies only, thank you all!
I I'm not done yet, but I intend to lose after having my baby in April! My plans include eat 6 small balanced meals and exercise every day as I did before becoming pregnant (which includes cardio 3-5 times a week and weights 3 times week.) I'll do my best – and help my brothers close to home exactly 6 months after my little melon is supposed he was born. I 'm a bridesmaid, so I want to look good and feel good =)
