How come I can not lose weight after six days of not eating I was only drinking water during the day?

Try eating everything, but no large quantities of it. Drink plenty of water .. so I lost about 15 pounds, and I really do. I do not eat breakfast breakfast, although their importance. what they eat lunch and dinner. Neither eating past 5:30. and I'll do 100 crunches a day. Oh and btw eat grapefruit and pineapple can help you lose weight.
